Seton Hall Shooting
The Seton Hall University campus in South Orange, N.J, is under lockdown and students are being told to remain in their dormitories after a shooting on- or near the campus that is being investigated by police.
Essex County prosecutor’s spokesman Paul Loriquet quoted saying that the man is believed to have been visiting a female student at the university. And preliminary reports indicate the man who is not a student at the school was inside a vehicle near the Xavier Hall dormitory when he shot himself in the stomach. The man was transported to a nearby hospital. His condition was not immediately known.
No student or anyone else on the campus was injured, according to the university. And Police have not recovered a weapon.
