Miss USA Falls Trips Again in Miss Universe for the second year in a row, Miss USA fell flat on her bottom at the Miss Universe pageant.
Miss USA Crystle Stewart from Texas, fell down during the evening gowns segment of the 2008 Miss Universe beauty pageant in the city of Nha Trang, Vietnam.
